Dr Deepanjali Adulkar is a Senior Radiation Oncologist practicing in Mumbai and is attached to Fortis Hospital, Mulund and Dr LH Hiranandani Hospital Powai as a Senior Consultant in the Department of Radiation Oncology.
Graduated from the prestigious Seth GS Medical College & KEM Hospital, Dr Deepanjali has pursued her Masters and then fellowship in Radiation Oncology from Tata Memorial Hospital Mumbai.
She was a former Consultant in Radiation Oncology at Tata Memorial Hospital and is a staunch supporter of Multi-disciplinary management of cancers.
She is a expert in Head Neck Oncology, Women Cancers ( Breast and Gynecological Malignancies), Gastrointestinal Cancers and Neuro Oncology.
Her expertise is in treatments with advanced Radiation Oncology techniques such as SBRT, SRS, IMRT, IGRT and Brachytherapy causing minimal side effects and best patient outcomes.
She has independently set up the Brachytherapy unit at other Radiation centre.
She is one of the most experienced Radiation Oncologist in Total Body Irradiation treatments in Mumbai, having treated more than 150 patients independently.
She is an active member of various academic National and International Conferences. She has multiple abstracts and papers to her name and is an eminent faculty in various national conferences.
She is passionate about Cancer Awareness and Prevention and believes in early Diagnosis and appropriate treatments with Multidisciplinary management.
She is a strong believer in Women's Health Initiatives and strives to educate women about Breast and Gynecological malignancies.
